Competition is good. It might actually push the developers to discuss the issues facing Bitcoin and come out with solution.
Right now, no progress is happening on that front.

The only bit of noticeable progress that we might see will be the update which brings us the much waited for block size increase.

Perhaps within a period of four years there will be a lot of progress, whatever it is I'm sure there is. I also expect an increase in bitcoin in 2020. Prices in the year it should be better and continue to rise. I believe 2020 will be better bitcoin.

it is realistic to be price increase in four year and further more i expect more stability not to many fluctuation in price in that time

Perhaps for the investments and some fluctuation is necessary in order to earn a profit. I have no problem if bitcoin fluctuate, but the changes are not too far away. Because if the change is very far away it can be very detrimental to me.
