Rewards are changing very often and timers too in most of faucets so its hard to say what faucet is paying the best. The thing is such a thing never happens. To get 1 bitcoin with a faucet you will need to spend at least 1 month full time solving captcha's. And if you are 'lucky' you will get 1 bitcoin.
A normal way to get 1 bitcoin is to work 2 months full time.

After 2 months you got your 1 bitcoin, but you will end up crazy.
