If you are playing a free bitcoin then there is no need to control yourself because there is not risk involve here, you can play how long you want but the reality is gambling without money involves is so boring.

if you are using free bitcoin as in using the gambling site's faucet payment to make bets they you are not risking anything BUT you are wasting your time because those faucet payments are so small and you will never win anything considerable from that.
