What I do not understand is Betcoin not having my back on this. I do have a serious problem with Betcoin's handling of this matter.

Betcoin has been less than cooperative in helping me to address this matter with BetSoft. I have asked many times and been ignored for the name and contact info of someone at BetSoft that I can get in touch with to address this issue if they refuse to fight it for me.
