AT THE MOMENT THE CHAIN IS NOT RUNNING - no matter if you stake or not.

The only way is to point X11 hasing power to the chain (btw this is what I doing from time to time and hope livecoin won't completely drop the coin)

This is more common as I have discovered with other coins. It is usually just one to get things started then they add on other people. I have seen this with other coins.
