Yes Services section is good way to see offered task for Bitcoin, but i don't think joining Signature Campaign will fullfil his wish of 2 Bitcoin earning per week. So i think he really need some serious investment here, and a serious business model, even trading can\t guarantee that 2 BTC profit per week even if you hold 10 BtC as initial investment .
