The worst Idea I ever heard.. gambling with all your money and loosing them will not get rid you from gambling. because as much you loose as much you try to play again and again to get your money back.
but loosing your all money on gambling will surely throw on Side of the road..

And Gov never ban gambling just for your lose. because they are also getting huge taxes from them..

I think that is good if that happens in order for a gambler to realize that he has no chance in pursuing gambling as a money making money machine, when you have no money anymore it will not give you the chance to gamble again.
