Either he has a large withdrawal or that the hot wallet is depleted from all these withdrawals that happens today. The bingo competition was just creditted like few hours ago ( or it could have been longer but I just realized it few hours ago ) therefore alot of people are withdrawing from site which cause their hot wallet to be in low amount

So the error seems to be in the forum username and that can't be his fault?

We do it a little differently internally, we got his bets, so we got his pd username, bot no Bitcointalk-post using the correct Userformat had been found.

Why does it require posting username at all then?
Couldn't it just check forum username from the post with the bets?

It doesnt need to, hui used to check it manually as well sometimes
