Exactly - that's why I don't order anything online to the Philippines.

I can't risk having my money and purchases get stolen just like that without ways to recover it.

So far all of the coins that I ordered here arrived, deleyed yes and it took so long to arrive yes but its better than not receiving at all. Maybe there will be some changes now that we have new President that dislikes bribe, redtape and queuing.
