If you ask a customer of any kind besides this asic thing, the product not delivered on time is same as product not delivered, theres a delivery date for a reason. Heres why. 6 months ago, a 7950 graphics card costed me 290 euro. Now it costs 215 euro for same card. If I said to you, give me the money and I will deliver in 2 days, and than deliver in 6 months, what would you say? If I dont want to return the money you would most likely sue, and I would be out of shitload of money for lawyers and stuff because I cant win that. I am in a no way telling that Jeff Garzik is a scammer, he received it, and done a review. But what a scammer would do is exactly what happend. Deliver 2 items to the leading people in bitcoin community, and then sell batch 2 in a record time. I suppose they will deliver few more, batch 3 rolls out. Batch 1 should have been here a long time ago... Sure they will be delivered at some point, just not yet . They are already late few months, I am sure you wont mind few more . As I see, Basic is the smartest. He is returning the money in btc, in usd value. So if he held onto btc since summer, btc went up 3 times, he gets to become as clean as a newborn child,  and getting to hold 60% of the money. And people are also happy because they are getting at least something.

 I live in a country where these kind of scams are performed at a much higher level, politicians do that here and there, and they do everything by the rules, so no law agency can touch them ...
