There are many companies that offer bitcoin debit cards but first, you should check:

Are they able to send you the bitcoin card in your country because not ships worldwide
Then you should check for the fees, most of them have different fees.
Withdrawal limit, some have low amounts some high depending if you are using as anonymous or as verified user.
