not every shops accepting bitcoin,and to be honest bitcoin is not effective for buying things in shop nowadays

That's right,bitcoin need to be invented on so many shop first,And bitcoin could take over another currencies place

But you can convert your btc into flat , for buy some foods on real life.
But i think it's most simple if you only use your Smartphone and pay the foods easily with your bitcoin on phone/any device on any shop
