Nope their are icos that using escrow now and i think that is the onr worth to invest for since they use 3rd party man to keep the money of participants good and that ico's are really worth to invest your money for but for OP's asking amount i think its very hard to reach since all knew that their is no such thing that can make our money grow like that in simple blink Because mostly sites offer big earnings are scam.
