True, because if you did not want to quit in gambling in your heart, you will never get away to your addiction.
But if you think this is the time to make yourself free from gambling, put it in your heart and make yourself a concentration for to finally quit from gambling.

this one needs to be pointed the only way to quit is when you say you will. the best solution is yourself alone if you can make some things to change the way you think about gambling you will try to find other things that will gather your interest. having more time with your job pr family or just to divert to more profitable option mate.

Yeah you are right that the best solution is your self, but that doesn't apply to all of the addicted person who play gambling.
Some are to weak to do it on their own, even they do make some other things to spend and make their time productive. or to make some diversions bythe way of looking and performing other things.
