Yes sports is really going to help you stay away from gambling and best sports for me is basketball even you are only playing alone you can enjoy it.

That could help though but you need to have interest in sports and be physical for you to shift your interest. Gambling will not do good into your life if you let it come into your life, gambling is just for fun and that is not good for your health unlike physical sports.
