Yes, the effect of halving will come into to effect only after the bitcoins mined before halving found it's permanent places (assuming at least 50%). I mean to say the newly mined coins with lower reward after halving, getting used or bought by people and the miners are selling newly mined coins (after no more previous mining-era coin), we can see the real consequence of halving in bitcoin price levels.

It needs not to be true. Because the demand of bitcoin obviously will imapct on prices levels of bitcoins after halving.

It doesn't matter how many bitcoins were mined before halving. I believe we need not to consider about the total bitcoins in circulations or how many bitcoins were mined with block reward of 25 or 50.
