Multiplayer in the sense that it is having multiple guests on the table at the same time in real time. However, they all play against the dealer.

sorry what is new then? each BJ table has x seats and all play at this table against the dealer. check out all live dealer BJ

online tables have single player tables and even allows to play xxx boxes/hands

the only new thingy maybe is that a player can be a dealer. but that is also not new at all and as acoinllc
already mentioned that so many hours of work doesn't make sense for a game like this but that is your game so you can invest a fortune and time
