Yes, how long the duration that you are staying with gambling addictions, the harder you will find while quitting gambling. Basically quitting gambling is not a single day action. You need to react very progressively day by day on reducing your hours of playing gambling. Only a strong will is enough for that IMHO.

Agree and you should also consider that the strict discipline is necessary. Even people around you is so encourage to help you out if you yourself doesn't want to make an act then it would be nonsense.
