So because of the bug in the system, this started to work not for 1 player, but all the online players (about 200). But this should always work for all the online players.
The numbers are generated at random which causes a win/loss rate close to the payout/win-percentage you are betting on.
The system can't effect any winning/losing because it shouldn't consider the betting parameters of the user but only provide a random number no matter if it is a losing or winning number for the next bet.
