It's fair to say, your money is gone!
Usually they claim to freeze funds and then review what they were gambled on. They have previously frozen funds on two other users and then just deleting them saying it is fraud.
If you are in a country like the UK, US, Canada, Australia or another country where Bitcoin is classed as a currency, you can take them to court as terms and conditions are not legal contracts and if they claim you have had multiple accounts, they can't rob the money from you anyway. The legal fees are probably worth it for $20,000 and if you get a lawyer on something like a no-win-no-fee case basis, then you are most likely to get some of the money back!

(usually court fees are quite small in most cases, the high court in the UK only charge £1000 for a court case and betcoin.tm will be forced to pay this if they lose)!

OK thank you I have full conversation with the admin on Skype and Telegram, do you advice me to show all conversation and make it public to everyone for their own safety and risk of being scammed? And will this honestly hold off in court? I cannot log into my account anymore

If you publish the conversations then that might work in court if you can find the right information.
Usually police can track this incormation if you head to your local police station and give them some information on it they may be able to take over with the investigations if you hand all of your information to them?
