It is a fairly well known gambling site! The account betcointm has been here for a while promoting his business and they have a signature campaign.
I think it has been going for over two years as well if te OP found it over a year ago possibly.

The user betcointm on this forum was also accused previously of starting a DDoS attack agains the forum (look at his trust for more information).
He has also been found to log into to the support ticket answering under two different names (one female and one male, probably to make his business look less like a one-man thing)!

Don't expect a response on this forum, from what I remember, he hasn't been online since May when he got -3 on his trust.
It will be hard to track him down as he has probably mainly goneoffline, if you have another IP avaliable, you could always try to make a newaccount on that IP and try to resolve the issue by making a new account and asking him?
