It is a complex answer and I guess we are tired to repeat. The Steem structure is very complex to explain.

OK thanks for your answer. I thought my question was pretty straightforward.

I had spent several posts explaining to magicacademy that a reverse stock split doesn't change the proportional holdings nor debase any one.

Did you read the whitepaper? It's odd that I can't find any info on stock split/vest and that no documentation is available.
