There is also footage from concorde, no curvature, high altitude balloons, no curvature. Actually tons of them, all without curvature.

There are a reasonable number of videos and stills that show the curvature of the earth from high altitude. Many are listed right in this thread. Why do you want a repeat?

It is faint, I had to hold up a straight edge and could distinguish a very small gap. You need a very clear horizon, and no you won't be able to see it just by eyeballing it. I have also send up a weather balloon for a science experiment in undergrad and the footage from 100,000 ft clearly showed the curvature of the Earth.

1. Don't use a wide angle lens next time.

2. Pictures or it didn't happen.
