You need a right enviroment to produce n perform nicely.....dogs barks, moms screaming, big bang high volume won't help......those guys need to know they have responsibilities, schedules, costumers they need to spend with discipline to add value to their product, but they need to spend or its worth nothing.

but even big company start from basement or garage, such as Microsoft..
will still hear dogs barks, moms screaming, big bang high volume, not stopping Bill Gates to success,
