2.Convert Altcoin to Bitcoin
3.Paid to click advert sites
4.Gambling - not very profitable at all. Rather gives more losses

you can also lend btc or get loans of btc, or trading and mining but required experience and knowledge to do it properly.
Yes really possible if you want to get more bitcoin by creating a gambling site or trade. I'm sure if the site were developed will definitely get a lot of bitcoin. Or maybe selling skills can also be done here. Bottom line if you want to get a lot of bitcoin should have expertise.
