why my wallet stay out of sinc? where Can I put the config?

If you just installed it and are running the Vault for the first time, the Vault has a tendancy to connect slowly the first time. Please do not forget to install the bootstrap, or syncing will take a long time. Get latest Bootstrap here
If you want to speed the connection process up, here is the page in the block explorer where you can get the latest nodes:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/cbx/#!network (click on nodes list next to 2.4.1)
The nodes list that pops up is ready for you to copy and paste in a text document, cryptobullion.conf, which should be saved in /Users/YourName/AppData/Roaming/CryptoBullion/
I have no trouble with the New Wallet and it Sync well. And this CBX Coin going a long term investment. Any coin wont pump when some greedy and scared to loss traders is on the way and no investors at CBX is afraid.
