i can do nothing about that,
wallet shows completely synced, and moving along the chain,
only mining doesn't start, do you need full log ?

there is no guarantee from the first generation of the block is, you need to have patience. Many miners, and my computer gets a block no more than once per hour, and sometimes does not manage the clock.

well i wasn't aware, so at some point it will engage mining and cpu load will spike, right ?
because during 20min tests it was near zero no matter mining was turned on

What I see - many miners for a few days is not turned on - so get blocks would otherwise remain in the network.
P.S. And within 20 minutes, even good sex will not work
