they both are dead coins that are jumping up like dead cats. but ETH is more dead and the only reason that it is worth this high right now is that it is a manipulated coin with lots of whales with huge pockets behind it.

they exist in ETC too by the way but they are fewer and also I agree with what you say about them putting up walls and creating panic, they are accumulating for the pump to the moon soon.

Why would it be dead ? I find this statement quite cynic... As long as there users behind it it's living.

It depends on the popularity and if there are service providers behind. If there are no service, it is similar to death.
