4. then buy premium listing, so the price could have traction, and wait patiently until the price recover and dump the repository slowly
5. buying times by updating the forum, to get better price

The point is that there is no point in investing in ICO if they are crap. You may also just gamble. Some projects show before that they might lead to some success. But RISE from the very beginning is doomed to die.

Did Rise got the Spotlight on Bittrex? If it does, the coin usually undergoes screening and auditing if it is trying to hide something before it get listed.
