I know more than one person who succesfully used Wolf0 miner under windows.
I talked to Wolf0 himself who told me he wasn't able to reproduce the bug you are reporting, and he tried hard.
I mined with Wolf0 miner for a couple minutes just to test it and report the hashrate.
I'm sorry for your troubles but it looks like you don't deserve attention as you speak like a child accusing me of things I never did.
