What is the minimum amount to be able to withdraw?

You are able to withdraw when your balance reach $25. If you want to translate that to how many referrals you need in order to get the payout, then $25 = (100 referrals) * ($0.25 each). So you need to refer 100 people in order to be able to withdraw.

What are the payment methods?

You can get your payment via Stripe, Paypal and Payza. Stripe supports Bitcoin.

Can we buy points in your website?

Of course you can! Sign in to your account, Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner, and click Buy Packages.

Where are you located? Location of server is an important factor when taking into consideration the Page Speed. In fact, as soon as i read your reply, i wanted to check it myself.
