yes, the newest block time was 2 minutes, but this block OP referred was less than 1 minute. My first time to see this.

It happened many times before... The average time between 2 blocks is ~10 minutes. If a lot of hashpower is added or a big miner turns off a lot of gear, the difficulty gets adjusted every 2 weeks to aim for this 10 minute average.

It is, however, an average. It's very possible for some blocks to be mined in less than a minute, while other times it might take 30 minutes between blocks
