Nothing that applies to Bitcoin really applies to BipCoin. AltCoins kind of have their own set of mechanics in the marketplace.

But basically when I say "If you know of a smaller premine, I'd like to hear it", what I'm saying is "screw haters who say 'but BipCoin had a premine!', because the premine is likely the smallest ever of any AltCoin with a premine."
