Some miners may choose not to relay SD transactions - if enough of them do so SD will likely have to transform their business practices. This is a free market = good. "Banning the ban" makes me wonder if you understand the bitcoin protocol at all honestly - and this 'little bit more respect you deserve' meh - prove it.
