You read this string

- 1st coin offering public
- unknown private sales
- Exchange listing
- unknown private sales
- 2nd coin offering public

That's not exactly how this coin is distributed but close. I think there may have been other coins in the mix for bounties prior to the 1CO and after it. People keep inventing new ways to distribute coins which messes up my model.

A more transparent distribution model that people would be more happy with would be 1COX2CO, without the private sales.

Is Synereo's success in part because of the private sales though? I'm sure the large private investors are willing to spend even more money to promote synereo once they own a large share. They might be why everyone is talking about synereo today.

That's an interesting point. My AppCoin will be having a 1CO soon and the plan will be to have a future 2CO. I've no plans to have private sales. I want everything to be fair and open to the public. This means big investors and small investors get in at the same price. If I fail it might mean that success is partly dependent on giving big investors special treatment.
