I'm not so much interested in what was said, but rather what is being done or going to be done.

They said in the beginning ~ no escrow .. Yet, changed it later on to set more minds at ease.

They also said the signature campaign would be payed in opair/tokens .. Yet, it also changed to btc (?)

Clearly what was said can change at any time ..
