The fact is there is not enough food and water in Africa to support the population (Mugabe didnt help when he took the land off the white farmers which then turned to dust under black ownership) and them breeding like rats does not help the situation. Perhaps condoms would help stem the starvation and aids epidemic etc.

Africa was gifted with vast resources such as diamonds, gold etc yet the indiginous population walked over them and continued to live like shit in mud huts until the white man pointed out to them what they had and educated them how to mine the resources.
