You do realize that the general consensus is that pyramining is NOT a pyramid scheme. And with Asics coming out accounts are expected to complete in 2 months of their arrival. It's actually a good way to invest in asic technology.

As jargoman said, it could not be considered a pyramid scheme. When Pyramining was created, no sponsor was needed, though the return was only 5%. As any good entrepreneur, he thought this scheme for growing, and atract new investors. Generaly in pyramid schemes, if you are in the last step, you nearly earn nothing in return.
