What a load of crap, its no secret there has been in a huge spike in rapes, sexual assaults, violent crimes and theft.
Several police forces were under orders to cover it up but the truth always gets out.
the problem comes from having some confusion between isolated incidents and statistical data/general trends. yes there are isolated incidents and these must be better handled. but focus on incidents can make the appearance of trends when there gives no trends.
