The most important thing is the site being provably fair along with an impeccable security. Next comes the design and the responsiveness of the site as well a good support.

Indeed at the first place its that its has fair payout rules, next comes the security because that has to be good of course.
I think that the design comes after that but its not always so important as people say.

I must say that I think the first thing that comes security and after that fair payouts.
Security is these days so important with privacy's and all, without security you are not competing with the big boys.
