minerd is not cpuminer-opt. The correct command is cpuminer. You must have an old copy of minerd in your directory.

Unfortunately I do not have such file.

sudo apt-get install libcurl4-openssl-dev libncurses5-dev pkg-config automake yasm
git clone https://github.com/pooler/cpuminer.git
cd cpuminer
./autogen.sh
./configure CFLAGS="-O3"
make

What am I doing wrong?
