As an EXP investor, I see a couple issues right off the bat.

1. Why is this news hidden away from the community? It's like the dev team is doing the minimum announcements possible.

2. Shouldn't these expenditures be accompanied with detailed statements of where the money is going?

3. Premine dumping aside.... Lol, that is an aggressive burn rate for a startup! What is the team's plan for when they run out of premined coins to dump, or we the community run out of BTC to buy their dumps?
