Can I ask that amount of money from getline.in without collateral?
Anyway, I'm willing to use my btctalk account as a collateral. [ And I'm also well aware about my account not 30℅ percent of money I'm asking for]

Your account is $15 at best. You're also saying that the account is not even 30% of the value you're asking, making your loan more than $65. Erm... Don't think you can get that kind of money without sufficient collateral.
