Because I heard some rumors myself and I am interested in serious summary where their Provably Fair system is debunked as flawed.

As for the payment question: I saw comments that players won up to 4-5 BTC and there was not problem with withdrawing it.

You can read this thread in order to see how the actually scam and get away with it. It's a long read but it really worths the time. I'm sure that after you do read it you will stay away from this site.

Well that one was a good long read. I have only known about 999dice and it's reputation as a bad gambling site through word of mouth. Well, now at least I have a gist of the situation as to how they scam. Still, I do do not want to burn my fingers personally as I have had bitter experience with some other sites too.
