People don't hate bitcoin for no reason, they probably have lost something and are mad at the coin because of that reason. You can't shift everyone's opinion, but you can make them at least neutral about bitcoin if you give them some reasons why it's useful. Other than that, haters will be haters. Ignore them.

I see no reason for Bitcoin to be hated actually but those people does exist, they hate Bitcoin because they are being scammed and lost soo much coins and decided to never go back into Bitcoin world but if people do realise it's usefulness maybe they would change their minds. But same as you said haters would gonna hate no matter what.
