This is the best place to get dogs for free, you can just go walk-in to animal shelters or other organizations that are taking care of stray dogs. But for sure that is not going to be totally free. You need to have some token of appreciation and thanksgiving maybe small amount of money in able just to help them for feeding other dogs.

Animal shelter is really nice idea for this user, and for everyone else, just sometimes people are afraid to get homeless dogs because they think they are sick and so on

Just like for processing the papers of ownership of their dogs but don't worry it is not that expensive than bitcoin.

It is just like a token of help for them to keep on supporting those stray dogs.

In my country you do not need to pay any money to get a dog provided you are in good time with the owner, you simply make a request and if the owner is willing to give you they simply give you free of charge but if they are not willing then you can look for somewhere else to get it, as there would be many people who are keeping many dogs here.
