So does it mean that I should start buying monero now although the price has continued to drop big time? I need some help here guys because I believe monero is a good coin somehow but I just want to know what price exactly a good price.

The current price is better than it has been before.
The current price is worse than it used to be.

You might try cost averaging of buys by setting a fixed time frame and budget to buy.
Example:
- Today you buy with 40% of your budget
- 09/26 you buy another 20%
- 10/03 you buy another 20%

and so on... (Also known as the buy and hold strategy)
