I only know minergate can be used to mine on pc or laptop i don't know about the rest but actually i don't try to used minergate since i am not into mining these days, and i don't think it is good idea to mine in your laptop since it can maybe harm and can lead to be broke, but who knows we should wait for the other comments to know more, and maybe they can suggest another good info here.

i also recommend minergate as mining GUI on windows. It is fast and easy to use. I used that last year when halving is not been hitted. But i stop already because of the difficulty to find block is double.
