I dont know about the mining part. You could easily invest $2,000,000 in hardware, run off solar power and stay nice and cool, even make a dollar or two and then find the equipment to become outdated six months later.

It not cost so much $200.000!

Not more than $62.000 example ETH/XMR optimized hardware (Including solar system + cooling)

In fact, pushing that much power to the network might be part of the reason the difficulty rises and makes that equipment useless.
