I accidentally tipped the wrong user and made directly a ticket. Got a reaction within a hour that they gonna look what they can do. After that nothing, just now after a few new tickets. Their reaction:

You have to know that a lot of accounts will be secondary accounts to active users on chat. And they can see tips on chat.

But again. Tips are irreversible as stated. So always make sure you always tip right username.
